Classic Andalucian Charm in El Madroñal
Classical Andalucian 10 bedroom villa located in the prestigious gated estate of El Madronal. The villa spans over 900 sq meters and offers classical yet stylish interiors that will make you feel right home. This typical Andalucian villa has kept its charm and has a rustic style but has splashes of giving it a feeling of warmth and space.
As you pass through the main entrance of the huge antique Ronda door you will have an idea of what lays inside, this spacious and comfortable living area offers an over-sized fireplace and plush sofas making it a great area for family and friends to come together.
Just off the main living room area there is a formal dining room, the main kitchen, a small bodega, and eventually you come to a wonderful communal area of the house; a cool central patio that exudes Moorish styles and traditions, with hand painted decorative ceramics, and finished in varying hues of terracotta reds, oranges, and rich blues.
Just off from this courtyard you will find three of the 9 bedrooms; a large master bedroom with four poster bed and private terrace, a guest twin room, and the courtyard room which also has space for an extra child.
Also close to the courtyard you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances with open fireplace and also a small bodega. The kitchen area has welcoming vibe and is a wonderful place family and friends to come together around the central island for a glass of something whilst dinner is cooking. Linked to the kitchen is an intimate dining room that seats up to eight persons.
On the lower level of the house is a gymnasium that is fully equipped for a variety cardio equipment and weights.
You will find a 4 further bedrooms can be found in the right wing of the house which is referred to as the Tower Wing� � a tower of bedrooms that span over three levels with a cosy bedroom in the attic that has two single beds and fireplace.
And finally, the two remaining bedrooms are located just by the pool in a private apartment situated in the lower section of the estate. Inside you will two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, living area and bathroom.
The outdoor space at this villa is where families and friends can really relax. On the main upper terrace by the entrance of the villa the terrace area offers the most amazing views of the Mediterrean. Here you have a perfect lounge area with a bar and even a BBQ pit making it the perfect area for lingering over meals or drinks on sun-soaked days and cool nights.
Just below the main house you can take a dip in the large and very private pool, or even enjoy the separate hot tub with lighting and sound system, making this space a wonderful space to relax at any point in the day!
The pool terrace offers a casual seating area, with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen complete with cooking essentials for those evenings when everyone comes together to enjoy al-fresco dining.
This beautiful and spacious villa can accommodates up to 15 guests with children, offering the most intimate and wonderful environment for a relaxing holiday in the Spanish sun.
