The unique floorplan offers plenty of common areas for entertaining as well as private areas for relaxation. The villa can sleep up to 20 across its 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The villa is divided in three separate self-contained houses all with large, comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchens. The main house offers 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, the apartment on the lower level can sleep 4 and the separate guesthouse an additional 4 more. Junior beds and cots are also available.

The main villa is the primary living area with six deluxe size bedrooms each with its own private terrace. Vaulted ceilings adorned with centuries-old wood beams welcome you to the airy, multi-level floor plan. Glass doors and windows allow plenty of natural light with views of the resort style grounds. Covered terraces and palapas with lounge furniture provide a shady retreat in the summer while with the modern in-door fireplace glows with cosy warm in the winter time.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is located on the lower level of the main villa. It has its own separate entrance but can also be accessed from inside the villa. It features a large master bedroom with en-suite bath and a sliding glass door leading unto the pool patio. The studio bedroom has lovely garden views and its own sizeable bathroom with laundry facilities. It features a full kitchen, dining and living area with a private terrace and the trickling sounds of the arroyo (stream) flowing just meters away.
