The chic lounge area with ample seating for 10 is accompanied by free WiFi access, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, Audio system, LED lightings and bioethanol fireplace.
This inviting space leads to an elegant dining area for 10 and a fully equipped kitchen with Corian work tops, with direct access to a sizeable terrace overlooking the LED lit back garden and the pool to enjoy quiet morning breakfast, late alfresco dining or simply a nice cocktail.
This level also hosts two guest suites with king-size double beds and luxury en-suite shower rooms. The first bedroom by the entrance has access to the private front garden through sliding doors and the second bedroom has a walk-in lit wardrobe, flat TV screen and a safe.
Upstairs, you will discover a massive 145m2 sunny private rooftop terrace, which overlooks the private garden and the pool, complemented by outdoor BBQ kitchen with a small fridge and a sink, covered dining area with welcome shade and outdoor houseware for 10 enabling guests to host fabulous get-togethers and dinner parties, regardless the weather and the time of the year.
In addition, you will enjoy on the solarium the additional lounge space and relaxing double lounger. From there you can enjoy sunshine from morning till dusk in all seasons, great views on the nearby mountain and sea views on clear days.
On the lower level, all rooms have direct access to the garden and the pool through their own sliding doors. Firstly, you will find a modular twin-bed bedroom (which can be used as a family room for 4 or King Size bed for a couple) with a shared ensuite bathroom leading to another double bedroom with a King Size bed overlooking the pool.
On the other side of the corridor, the Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, an oversized flat TV screen, a lit wardrobe with a safe and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub.
On the same level and on the way to the laundry room, you will find a pool table with an armchair to enjoy a game or two! Furthermore, this level leads to the outdoor 10 x 4 heated pool (with easy walk-in access ideal for toddlers), jacuzzi and sauna, where 6 sun loungers with umbrellas and stylish outdoor sitting area are also provided, tempting guests to unwind in style. Guests will also find some pool toys and beach equipment for their own enjoyment in some of the outdoor chests.
All A/Cs units can be converted to heating in Winter times and two bathrooms also have heated floorings.
