Payment Policy:

• To Secure The Booking, A Payment Of 50% Of The Total Is Due Within Five Days Of Your Confirmation Of Intention To Make A Reservation.
• Payment In Full Must Be Settled 60 Days Prior To Arrival.  If That Date Has Already Passed, Then Payment Must Be Fully Settled Within Five Days Of Confirmation Of Your Intention To Reserve A Villa.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 Days Or Less Prior To Arrival:  No Refund Issued, Unless ´Grace Period´ Applies.
• More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: Initial 50% Payment Is Forfeited; The Remaining 50% Will Not Be Charged.
