With four double bedrooms (all en-suite), five bathrooms and two living rooms this villa is perfect for family gatherings of up to eight people. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has been decorated with warm and neutral colors. Offering super king size bed and views out to the garden this room invites you to relax and unwind. Going up to the first floor you will find two further bedrooms one of these with a king size bed and the third bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 that can also be separated into two beds.

On the lower level you will find the fourth bedroom that has 180 x 200 cm vispring bed and bunk beds with a guest bed, so it can comfortably sleep 5 people. Ideal as a children room, babysitter room with kids, or a couple with young children. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning except for the bedroom on the lower level, it does not have A/C but this area of the house stays very cool even in the warm summer months. This lower level of the house also enjoys a second living room area that has a yoga area and a second lounge / TV with large leather sofas.

The outside garden area is ideal for al-fresco dining in those warm summer evenings. A gas BBQ and shaded dining provide the perfect setting for evening meals. Sun loungers are dotted around the the salt water swimming pool that has a length of 16 meter with a maximum depth of 140 cm , a children's area of 80 cm and a lounging area of 15 cm.
