The master bedroom boasts a large private terrace with plush sofas and sun loungers, perfect for an evening of relaxation. The second bedroom has a small terrace with a table, perfect for a morning coffee. With two bedrooms on the main entrance level, each with its own lavish ensuite bathroom, and a large bedroom on the lower level, complete with an ensuite, a walk in closet and a king size bed, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own sense of privacy and tranquility.
On the main entrance level, there is an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, complete with floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the sea. The living room offers plentl of seating areas on large plush sofas, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all modern amenities needed to prepare a delicious evening meal.
From the living room, you have direct access to the covered terrace, where you can relax on the sofas and take in th views. Take a dip in the swimming pool, relax on the sun loungers or prepare a BBQ or if you are in need of respite from the sun then take shade under the covered terrace. Just next to the pool is the gazebo that has a bar and dining area which makes it a great place to enjoy al fresco dining in the evening. You will be spoiled for choice on where you want to relax. The lower level of this house is the best part, providing entertainment for everyone. There is a gym area with equipment for weight lifting and a bike for cardio. Also there is a conference room perfect for people who need to work whilst on holiday. Downstairs there is also a second living room area with a large sofa area and television make for two living room areas in this villa. For those who enjoy friendly competitions, there is a pool table, dart board and even a poker table. The bar area, complete with fridge to chill cold drinks and stools, creates an ideal area for entertainment. This lower level offers a wonderful area for everyone to come together, relax and have a great time.
