The kitchen is a fully equipped American style with all modern appliances and breakfast bar. To the right of the kitchen you will find the first bedroom which has a super King bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite with both bath and shower as well as 48in TV. On this level there are also two further bedrooms one offering twin beds and an ensuite bathroom and the other a doubl� bed and fitted wardrobes. The guest bathroom has a full size bath, shower, WC and 2 hand basins.

Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed, fitted wardrobes with a safe, a 48 inch TV, luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and double hand basins, and Access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be made into a doubl� as well as a 32 inch televisi�n. The third bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is also a Sonos system throughout the property. In the Winter months you can take advantage of the under floor heating for those colder evenings.

Outside you can take a dip in the infinity pool or relax and read a book on one of the sunbeds. Have a glass of champagne and sit in the jacuzzi or light up the BBQ and prepare a feast for evenings of al fresco dining outdoors. On the lower floor you can also enjoy the games room where you will find a pool table, TV, Bar, seating and kitchenette with integrated refrigerator.
